"SLOW BURN"
2 oz. Bourbon
2 dashes of Bitters
Lemon Lime carbonated water
2 Fresh Rosemary sprigs

MIX the ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice.
Singe a sprig of rosemary and drop in the glass.
Strain the drink and pour over the smoking rosemary.
Add a rock of ice and garnish with a piece of rosemary

The 1980's cocktails were colorful, layered, used plenty of liqueur and had names with sexual undertones. One of our favorites is the Harvey Wallbanger that takes the Screwdriver to a new place by adding Orange bitters, Simple Syrup and Galliano Liqueur.
